Events Module

Add the module from the library by searching for “Events.”

• Event Categories:
  • When creating events, make sure to define and assign proper categories.
  • Navigate to Events > Event Categories and create categories using the appropriate slug.
• Default Parameters:
  • The standard shortcode parameters for the Events module are:
  • view="photo" tribe-bar="false" events_per_page="6"
  • Then add either:
    • category="{event category slug}" or
    • exclude-category="{event category slug}", depending on the requirement.
  • Do not change the default parameters. The only exception allowed is adjusting events_per_page, but it must not be set lower than 6.
