The journey begins with an onboarding call between your FSS marketing team and LEAP Interactive. This call introduces the project, answers questions, clarifies information, and outlines the build process. We also discuss your unique requirements and determine the “Go Dark Date,” the crucial renewal date of your hosting service, to avoid any downtime due to compliance concerns.

Following the onboarding call, we assign a priority number to each base discussed. This number dictates the order in which websites are built, with 4 to 5 websites typically completed every two weeks. When your FSS team’s number comes up, we notify you that we’re ready to begin building your site.

Once we are ready to build your site, we create a staging site where we begin the process of transferring content from your existing live site. Typically, there’s no need for you to provide content unless there are specific additions not present on your current site. In such cases, we provide you with a Google Drive folder for easy content sharing.

Once the new website is built, we notify your FSS team and provide access to the staging site for review. Simultaneously, we present a punch list detailing any pending items that require resolution before the site can launch.
